ACOMpletions - the Integrated Approach

ACOMpletions is an all-in-one completions management and permit system which drastically increases the efficiency of construction and commissioning processes on infrastructure projects.

With ACOMpletions, the user is able to; build their Systems and Subsystems; mass allocate equipment type to specific ITC’s required at all levels of completion; Digitally complete their ITC’s before submitting through a workflow of approval; and capturing punch lists and images at all stages of testing; and finalising as-built/redline drawings all from a digital platform. The digital platform is aimed at saving 1000’s of man hours by building and creating Systems that will work for handover to commissioning while keeping track through the digital dashboard of the progress of completion through each system. The paperless system reduces rework for testing and the possibility of losing paperwork throughout the testing process to be delivered onto the customers system through a digital API. “ The permit system integrates with circuit, hydraulic and pneumatic databases, using ITC statuses to determine which equipment is ready for energisation.

Permit to Work Module; increase efficiency and safety

The software digitises the entire permit-to-work process – permits can quickly be created, reviewed, and approved anywhere on a work site, from a desktop computer or a user’s mobile device in the field. Isolation schedules, NOEs and bulletins are automatically generated, attached to the permit, and stored in familiar PDF formats. The permit system integrates with circuit, hydraulic and pneumatic databases, using ITC statuses to determine which equipment is ready for energisation. This ensures that equipment is energised safely and prevents costly errors during the permit generation process. Isolations and user sign-on are managed through mobile devices to significantly increase productivity; once circuit isolations are verified on a device, the status of the isolation is updated on a switchboard visualiser in real-time

Permits and associated documentation can also be accessed without an internet connection for underground or remote work, syncing to the cloud when reconnected so work can remain digitised in any location.

Built in PDF editor

The built-in drawing editor is another industry-leading feature that further streamlines the permit application process – it automatically selects the required drawings for the assets selected, and contains a full suite of drawing, measurement and commenting tools, as well as lock-out tag-out stamps to quickly mark-up isolations.
